If you want to sound 'posh' you will ...LOL. If you want to sound 'posh' you will say it as "scown" (as in: I 'own' this thing). If your street trash like me, you say skon :)
Intechemistry.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1316074107220908985.post-21648293329192549532011-09-22T22:44:15.982+08:002011-09-22T22:44:15.982+08:00Haha.. it is totally OK to find it funny, not that...Haha.. it is totally OK to find it funny, not that i'm writing abt a serious matter.

I hate the accent for now. I even got the whole ward to start wondering which is the correct pronunciation of "scone". Apparently, some pronounce as "skon" while some "skoun". i had to serve that for one of the meals and the patient cant get what I was trying to say. =.="AkMaRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02149640869269078683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1316074107220908985.post-4359556538389036512011-09-21T20:25:12.768+08:002011-09-21T20:25:12.768+08:00Hahaha. Sorry, I don't know if it's OK to ...Hahaha. Sorry, I don't know if it's OK to find this funny, but like many of your posts, I can't help laughing at what you write.

My guess as to why you need to tail a nurse is 'cos they probably do more "doctoring" than the actual doctors themselves, i.e. the nurses do the day-in, day-out interaction with the patient and helping them in their treatment, (as opposed to diagnosis, pharma course recommendation...)

So getting the nurses eye is going to help you be more 'rounded' (as they say). You get a better appreciation of actual, real health care.

But I'm struggling to understand how serving tea and coffee aid that.

You hate the accent? oh dear. I hope it will grow on you (maybe it will even rib off on you :p)intechemistrynoreply@blogger.com
